Instal·lar oracle express edition a mandriva

  • El fitxer no s'ha pogut crear.

Et descarregues el .rpm de:
http://www.oracle.com/technology/software/products/database/xe/htdocs/102xelinsoft.html
Obres una consola com a root
urpmi oracle-xe-univ-10.2.0.1-1.0.i386.rpm (en el meu cas)
s'instala i escrius seguidament a a la consola
/etc/init.d/oracle-xe configure
despres et demana:
Specify the HTTP port that will be used for Oracle Application Express [8080]:8080

Specify a port that will be used for the database listener [1521]:1521

Specify a password to be used for database accounts. Note that the same
password will be used for SYS and SYSTEM. Oracle recommends the use of
different passwords for each database account. This can be done after
initial configuration:
Confirm the password:

Do you want Oracle Database 10g Express Edition to be started on boot (y/n) [y]:y

Starting Oracle Net Listener...Done
Configuring Database...Done
Starting Oracle Database 10g Express Edition Instance...Done
Installation Completed Successfully.
To access the Database Home Page go to "http://127.0.0.1:8080/apex"

i aixo es tot obres el firefox i escrius: http://127.0.0.1:8080/apex i escrius el nom d'usuari SYSTEM i la contrasenya escrita anteriorment.

despres ja es pot seguir la guia bé per fer un usuari per pujar bd...
file:///usr/lib/oracle/xe/app/oracle/doc/getting_started.htm
en principi t'instala ell directament les llibreries pero sino seria
urpmi libaio1
urpmi bc

dir que a mi se m'instalaba perfectament pero no sem obria i le tingut que reinsatl·lar...
